[TowerTalk] 40m dipole to C3E

I have Cushcraft D40 mounted parallel to the booms of a TH7 above and an
A3WS below. The beams are about 12 feet apart and the D40 is in the middle.
I have not identified any interaction problems. You do have to remember
that your heading on 40m is +/- 90 degrees from the indicated heading.
The linear loaded elements are much more of a mechanical and tuning
challenge which is why I picked the D40. It is not trapped but has loading
coils and capacity hats.
