Don,
You might consider what I recently did about worn gears in my 25 year old
Emoto rotator and that was simply to get a gear cut. I found a small gear
cutting firm and sent them the worn one. If I  ever get any more gears to
change thats the way I'm going, however its nice if you can get them off the
shelf.
