There is no reason for any prop pitch units to be modified.  [ gears
removed and bell gears  pinned --its not reversiable/correctable once
done]
If anyone wants a modified unit they can trade for one by just asking on
any reflector.[ask me !!] Someone will save you the effort. It was
popular when they sold for $10 and were considered expendable. There are
more modified ones around than people want-- and there is of course no
new ones being made.   Larry
