[TowerTalk] elements hang over lotline

Ok, you got me....  I'll bite.  Where would you find a surveyor who would
shoot a line up in the air?  And if this was the case, couldn't you just
turn the antenna till he was done?  If this was the case, would this same
surveyor put overhanging tree branches into property descriptions?
