You are WAY out of date for Yagi design.
Get some MODERN antenna books and learn to use
modeling programs.
Simplistic formulas such as 500 / f are only good for
ONE diameter (which you did not specify). TAPER
is not even considered in such formulas.

The velocity (factor) VF of RG-213 is 0.66
This sounds like an April Fool's question.
If you don't want to update your knowledge base,
you would be better off buying commercial antennas.
