Maybe that is the way they do it in five land but I wouldn't be using a
lawyer -- you can trust my on that my friend!  I would however, help my
neighbor with his project so that it wouldn't fall on my kid and I'd
teach my kid to be careful around stuff like that, etc. Taking some
responsibility for my kids actions and be involved in my community so
egnorance is not abused by greedy lawyers...
