[TowerTalk] Hammers vs. Mosley

I have read all of Mr. Hammers posts. Seldom if ever do I comment about
issues not of my business but this warrants a comment.
After reading these for quite some time, we as a ham community should rally
around our own. Whatever action that the legal community can offer is
dwarfed by the power of public opinion/peer pressure on Mosley's sales
base--our ham community. We as a group have a lot of clout with our profit
motivated, amateur specific suppliers.
I for one have no problem writing or calling Mosley and suggesting a
solution in favor of Mr. Hammers. I would also make it a point to confront
them personally in Dayton and ask for a straight answer. This could happen
to any of us; and it will again. HOWEVER, if enough of us close ranks and
protect our own in these instances, then we in aggregate are a powerful
remedy. Everyone call or write Mosley---Many small voices can make a lot
of noise--Let them know that Boycotts trump Sales Tommy WD4K

Gentlemen,

The fact remains that Mr. Hammer says he is out $5K and the company has his
antenna that he paid for. If it were my antenna, I would be on their
doorstep with the sheriff. I would also sue their butts so quick the
wouldn't know what hit them! A well known antenna company tried this crap
with me about 3 years ago. I ended up getting everything I wanted and lots
more. I believe Mr. Hammer is due a full refund based on his account of the
situation.
