[TowerTalk] CQ CQ- Balloon Needed!

There was a very interesting article in the April, 2000 QST magazines last
year, with a very good design of a kite.  Claimed that it would raise the
antenna with a 3 knot wind.

The article describes raising a 160 meter dipole vertical, the 300 ohm twin
lead was lead away from the dipole, attached to the antenna string, and then
dropped down somewhere out from the antenna.  Claimed a great signal...
