Update:
Joel of FirstCall called me today and the rotor was shipped
12/18 and delivered here on 12/20!!!  It turns out that UPS had
left it 1/2 way up my driveway off on the side in the woods!
I have a rather long driveway and it goes through dense woods
so it was easy to miss.  Now to wire it up on the bench to
check it out.
