[TowerTalk] CC & Rs...How to REALLY know

Here in GA I found all CC & R on file with the county. I believe (although I 
am not sure) that they must be recorded with the county to be binding.

I suggest you also check with the county and see if there are any county 
ordinance problems.

Make all offers to purchase contingent upon approval to put up what ever you 
want to put up.
