[TowerTalk] C31XR?FINAL

It would seem to me that there is nothing inherently wrong
with publishing a computer model of the C31XR or its physical
dimensions. A good antenna model might proof useful to a
legitimate owner seeking to model its behavior in the proximity
of others antennas, ground, a stack, etc.

And as far as copying the antenna for individual use, the amount
of labor in involved in replicating the antenna from a set of prints
might not prove cost effective even at $1300 USD. Force 12 has
made more than one of these antennas, they undoubtedly have tooling
fixtures, and manufacturing methods which allow them to build the
antenna more cost effectively than Joe ham on his first try. Now
if Joe ham decides to branch out and start selling his F12 clones,
that's another story. At that point, its time to call the lawyers
and go for his jugular.

I have many replies regarding my unthoughtfull posting of tribander file. I
wonder if OWNER of the reflector can delete it, so that it becomes not
available any more. There are many people welcoming this posting, but I do
feel very bad about this, and never had intention to geopardize Force12
profit in this product.
