[TowerTalk] Local Noise on 80m - MFJ 1025-MFJ1026-SEM QRM ELIMINATOR?

>From some time I have here a strong (S7-S9+) continuos noise on 80m and
lower freq.
I am searching it, eventually I will ask for ESCORADIO (as FCC - hi) check,
but I am thinking also to try a noise reductor.
Is better MFJ 1026, 1025, or the SEM Qrm Eliminator (I can find it in
Germany) for reducing this problem?
I am unable to recovery old e-mail on CQ-Contest and Towertalk reflector
about this subject.
I need the most detailed infos about circuits and performance. I have only
QST Apr.98 for MFJ1026 infos.
