[TowerTalk] stacking distance

in a previous post i asked about the recommended stacking distance
between a kt34xa and a 2el 40m above it.  the xa will be at 150ft and
there is 12 ft of mast available above it. i have not been able to find a
40-2cd and there seems to be some question as to the stacking distance to
use with either the new cush or the force 12  id like to hear some
opinions on this cuz once its up i hope its there for a while, also any
comments on new cush vs F-12, 2EL-40.  the money seems to be about the
same     t.y....w8zh
