[TowerTalk] TH6 pricing at introduction

I was surprised to read in Rockwell's 1966 articles that at least one of
the top contesters of the time was using a TH6DXX.  That raises the
question, for comparison purposes in an article I'm writing, of how much a
TH6 cost in 1966.  Anyone have specific data?
