[TowerTalk] Tower work shoes

I prefer my Vasque Apex mountaineering boots.  They require quite a long
break in period, though.  They have a thick sole with a full length
steel shank.  All I need is a toe on the rung.  But then there is
nothing better than a Rohn work platform for extended periods in
one place on the tower.
