[TowerTalk] Stacking

Hi Steve:
Isn't a modest stack an oxymoron? :.)
I have a TH7 stack and have never found any degradation when the
antennas (both rotatable) point in different directions. Take the
worst case scenario - antennas pointed 180 degrees apart.
Suppose your F/B is 20 db or so. You have 1 KW going out, and
the other antenna has 10W out of phase in the same direction,
providing some cancellation. Not very significant in the real world,
is it?
At times, I find splitting the signal to be a big advantage - for
example, early morning on 20 when I point the upper at JA and the
lower at EU.
