[TowerTalk] Steel fibre reinforced concrete

Thanks to all who kindly responded to my question about fibre
reinforced concrete. It seems that this type of concrete is
frequently used in floors, sidewalks etc, mainly to reduce
cracking, but the concensus is that the fibres do not add
enough tensile strength to make standard rebars unnecessary.
