[TowerTalk] Lubrication of Crankup Tower Cables

Thanks to all for the advice-

I do not intend to try to contact US Tower regarding this issue as they
never replied to my numerous email messages about their TB2US thrust
bearing. Why would they be interested in my questions on lubricating cables?

I agree that applying grease to the cables is not a good idea but will apply
a thin coating of WD40. And replace the cables every few years.
