[TowerTalk] 72ft US Tower "template"

I am moving to new location, would like to have my base and "J" bolts in so I 
will be able to set in the present tower base.  I have had no luck in getting 
a reply from US Tower customer no service on this.  I would like to have a 
"template" made to use when I set in the bolts.   Any help or ideals?
