[TowerTalk] Cushcraft XM240 (2-element 40m) Settings?

I'm assembling a new Cushcraft XM240 for my tower. I've reached
the point in assembly where I need to decide whether to set
the element lengths for "CW" (7.025), "MID" (7.125), or "PH"
(7.225) settings.

I expect that I'll use if for both CW and Phone, with far more CW
likely. If the 1.5:1 bandwidth of 150 KHz is to be believed, the "MID"
choice could be acceptable. OTOH, I have tuners that can tune it for
phone when needed if I construct it for "CW".

What have others done?

Will stacking this antenna about 7 feet above a KT34XA on the
mast drag the resonant point up or down in any predictable way?

I know about likely interaction problems with the 15m elements of
the KT34XA, and that's not an issue for me right now.
