[TowerTalk] tailtwister problem

I don't know about your other problem but I have had a similar pot problem 
with the Tail Twister. The symptoms were the same: pot worked fine when the 
case was off but when on, very intermittent. 

I gave up and picked up a pot at the Dayton Hamvention and replaced it out of 
desperation. It solved the problem! I inspected the old pot after I removed 
it with a magnifying glass and never did see anything that looked irregular. 
The old one is now in File # 13!
