[TowerTalk] Laplace transforms

I'm trying to translate the notation of Laplace transforms in a .ant file
to the input format used in EZNEC. Purpose is to transfer a model of a
trapped triband yagi to EZNEC. My problem is that I don't understand the
way the .ant file lists the required values. Here's a typical example:

8 Loads
LaPlace Transform
Wire 1, end 2
0 3.2E-6 ; 0 1
1 0 5.5E-17 ; 3.2 0
                ; 0 5.5E-5

Wire 2, end 2
0 1.6E-6 ; 0 1
1 0 3.01E-17 ; 1.6 0

... and so on.

Is there anyone out there who understands the substance of this and also
knows EZNEC that can help me translate? PS I don't have a clue about the
theory behind LaPlace Transforms... this is purely "cookbook" stuff for me.

Thanks!
