[TowerTalk] Tower and Guy 'Hole' help

Just getting ready to start my 50' Rohn 45G tower project and was curious
what the best way is to dig the holes for the tower base and guy anchors.  I
plan on putting in the concrete type guy anchors and the pinned based tower.
I could go grab a shovel but thought I would try to work smart first.  I am
open to renting a device such as a backhoe or whatever works best?
