[TowerTalk] KT34A Rebuild Info

OK...I was not paying attention sometime ago(exactly when, I don't remember) 
when info on rebuilding the KLM KT34A antenna kept bouncing on the reflector. 
 Does anybody remember or know where I can get the summary of info on this 
project?  I have the new caps and paste.  

ALSO, what is the down and dirty summary on cleaning aluminum for this 
project?

Thanks in advance for any tips sending me in the right direction.
