I knew someone would bring that up! I avoided it to not confuse 
anyone, since we don't run multi-megawatt ERP's.

Didn't the HAARP system attempted to drive the ionosphere into 
non-linearity in order to generate a ELF signal?  Did they ever 
succeed?
