We have a manufacturer in Force 12 who takes pride in the quality of their
product and makes sure that the ham community gets everything they pay for
if not more. I own two of their large tribanders and know their methods and
results from experience.
"Whacking out antennas" and using "temporary workers" to meet your time
schedule would lower their quality level to that of others in the business.
We as hams would end up with the same result and product that we get in a
fast food drive in window. For me personally, I will be glad to wait a
couple of extra weeks for a quality product. Tommy WD4K

 guess i should clarify why i made the comments about the force 12 6 week
lead time. due to a serious medical problem i have been confined to a
wheelchair since last november. i can no longer climb. i have esentially
abandoned by summer antenna project ( 3 kt34xa and 40m on a 150 ft ab105
) in favor of somthing simpler that will not need a lot of maintenance.
after looking at the literature i liked the looks of the ant with the
tribander and 40m elements on the same boom (no stacking, no big mast ect
) it is almost impossible to find anyone to do tower work in this area.
the two young men who do the work for me are full time steeplejacks who
try to fit ham stuff into their schedule as their time permits. they may
call this afternoon and say they will be here in an hour or you may not
hear from them for a couple of months. i wanted to have the ant on hand,
assembled and ready to go when they showed up. if force 12 is selling
lots of ants ( and i hope they are ) maybe they should hire a few
temporary workers and start whacking them out so that they can sell from
stock....w8zh

incidently, the klm stuff, 40m stuff, stackmatch, baluns ect are for sale
if anyone is interested, i cannot ship it.
