[TowerTalk] cleaning a controller meter

Windex will work fine, once you take the meter apart.  Follow the
instructions in the manual for changing the meter face to the south-facing
configuration.  That'll get you to the inside of the glass meter face, which
I assume is where the dust has accumulated.
