[TowerTalk] Inside my meter

The dirt was indeed inside the meter on the inside face of the plastic.
Apparently a previous owner had opened the meter for some reason.
the plastic cover could easily be lifted off when the whole meter was
removed from the controller.
I did so and cleaned the inside plastic with a old diaper and Windex.
This removed the accumulated dust.
