Tom, thanks for the ideas, first I'm going to attack the darned thing
by re-cleaning the elements and double checking the joints. I failed
to check and clean the inside trap screws because I couldent get em
loose, (poor excuse) but I do have a bigger screwdriver. If that
fails to work then Ill take your suggestions and tinker with the
traps. As far as the length of director and reflector I dont think
anything has changed here, I've had the antenna for twenty years and
don't recall having the problem before but, I dident operate much ten
until the last couple years and I've just lived with it.
