The Tailtwister is a great rotor but your deal is way overpriced.    In 
Minneapolis
they go for $225-250.    I realize they go for different prices around the 
country but that is truly a high deal.    The only way I could see that deal 
is if it has the delay 
system and a pigtail already installed.
