For a quick and dirty, non-engineered, free-of-charge answer (worth every
penny), I'd say yes! I'm in the process of putting up an 80 foot
self-supporting Trylon tower, which requires only seven cubic yards of
concrete for a 34 square foot rating at 70 mph.
There is a certain amount of apples and oranges comparison here, so proceed
with caution. And of course, the IMPORTANT question is what does the
manufacturer say?
