[TowerTalk] TH-7 Trap caps

IF / When you get new trap end caps, be sure to wrap them
with Scotch 33 Electrical Tape, pulling tight over the sloping
portion and ending with a loose wrap to prevent "flagging".
Then, you won't have to ever replace them again.
