Hi All,
I use three (3) 16' copper clad steel rods with one clamped to each tower
leg. They are 8' out from tower in each direction. No damage to report. I
think ground conductivity will determine proper grounding of each locale.
My power co recommends this grounding. As a trivia question, What trees are
hit by lightening more than the others around? Answer the one that presents
the best ground or usually has the longest tap roots.
Duck,
Bill
