[TowerTalk] Control Operator

Hi Guys,

I think you will find the definition of a control operator in the novice and 
tech questions.  And I believe it is the person who must be available at all 
times to shut down the station.

So how quickly can you get off the tower to pull the switch in the shack or 
grab the little buggers?
