This is "standard practice'" for Davis RF.  They cannot be beat in service.  
Steve will do whatever it takes for a customer, including finding things he 
doesn't even carry, and having them drop shipped. You don't have to ask for 
this service, he simply provides it!  I do 99% of my antenna/cable/supplies 
business with him.  And to top it all off, he ships to hams immediately - no 
waiting for checks to clear, etc.
