[TowerTalk] Roof Top Crank Up Anyone?

I'm considering either putting a US Towers MA-40 (40' crank up mast) in side
of my 17' Glenn Martin roof top tower, or rolling my own crank up mast
attachment (motorized) for my roof top tower. This is in an attempt to
extend my antenna height from 40' to 60' and have the ability to retract it
when not in use or during high winds. If anyone on the list has an MA-40,
I'd like some to ask some questions about how it's constructed. Please
