Hello Ted,
I have been very successful using 2-ounce, teardrop sinkers (with swivel 
tops), painted bright yellow, pulling 20-lb test monofilament.
I wind the line on an old traffic cone with the top cut off to make a giant, 
open-faced, tapered spool.
Another trick is to pat down the line with oil to help the line slide 
through the trees.
For higher than 85', go to 15-lb test line.
