Since it is much easier, whilst up on the tower, to pull down than up, I put
a medium size pulley, inverted, up into the mast, tying a line to the top on
one side, down through the upside-down pulley, then through another at the
top, so the line is now going down to pull the mast "up" ... best done with
someone on the ground providing the "muscle", but depending on the mast
weight, etc.,  it can be done by one ...
