K3RL has written a neat little beamheading program. 
You plug in your lat/lon and it prints out a  chart of
the headings from your QTH for all DXCC countries.  It
uses the CTY.DAT file (as the country database) used
in the CT logging program so is easy to update.  The
program is called BEAMHEAD.ZIP and can be downloaded
from Mike's homepage which can be found at
www.qsl.net/k3rl.
