[TowerTalk] Create Rotor Repair??

Since the distrubuter has 'gone south', where can I have these things
repaired?

Have any of the US repair shops ventured...yet...into the Japanese rotor
repair business?

I think it is a lightning-hit problem that keeps occurring..
