[TowerTalk] Yagis and Rivets (Fix?)

Considering that (1) the rivits are all in a single row, and
(2) there is some "play" between the smaller and larger tubes,
it is apparent that the inner tube can rotate side to side
which one would think might work on the rivet / tube connection.
It is also apparent that a second row of rivets placed at 90 degrees
to the original row would prevent this rocking motion.
