Yes, there are lots of people who won't or can't do their own tower
work. And congratulations for your accomplishments and experience so far. But
I would be very cautious about having people "hire" me unless I was prepared
to do it legally and 'by the book'. By that I mean getting the business
license, contractor's license, insurance and bonding that your state
requires. As soon as someone pays you for doing something - you're a
professional and all the rules and laws apply.
It's also incumbent on the person doing the hiring to insure that their
installer has the above items. There is liability exposure for both the
customer and the installer and it could get very messy very quickly if
something goes wrong.
