Look in the manual.  You can do resistance measurements to see what is open.
Then use the circuit diagram to plan a troubleshooting strategy.  You can go
up the tower and check connections.  Then short the "open" wire to check
wiring to the rotor.  Then put the ohm meter on the rotor to verify pot is
open.

This is the reason T2X owners keep a spare rotor in inventory.
