I share your enthusiasm for having the proper licensing, and insurance, etc.

What a lot of hams don't realize is that even when they accept the help of 
their best "bud" in taking down that "Godzilla" beam, they are "ripe" for a 
law suit if anything goes wrong!  Don't think your "bud's" widow will do it? 
Guess again! This a law suit-happy society we live in!
