[TowerTalk] Need Info on Hy-Gain HG-54HD

I may have the opportunity to purchase a used HG-54HD tower and have a couple 
of questions.
How much would it be worth in good condition?  I believe it is around 10 
years old.
Also, is the base section available from Hy-Gain?  I couldn't find any info 
on their web site. Any info pro or con would be appreciated.
