[TowerTalk] Tower splicing

I have a 10 foot section of Rohn 25G tower in a concrete base.  It was
cut off a ground level leaving six foot in the ground.  Is there any way
to splice another section of tower on to this six foot section in the
ground?  There is about 1/2 inch of each leg sticking up out of the
concrete.
