    I have been involved with a similar problem recently at work. We were
able to isolate it down to the correct pole by going up in frequency. I our
case it was interference at 500Mhz. If you can get a 432 yagi and a receiver
or spectrum analyser you should be able to home in on it. Measurements at
lower frequencies tend to be confused by radiation along the lines. In our
case the line was at 66KV and was radiating hash right up to 1.5GHz.  The
higher you can go in frequency to lower the level of radiation and the more
