     Yeah, that'll probably work since your county windspeed for Putnam 
county is only 75 MPH. The MARC (Mast, Antenna and Rotator Calculator) 
Program recommends a 39,000 psi yield strength with a 0.120" wall. The pipe 
you mentioned is around 35kpsi but with that much wall it'll probably 
survive. 

     County windspeeds are under Tech Notes and the MARC Program are both on 
the Champion Radio Products website.
