[TowerTalk] rotor mods

I have experienced the same thing using sidemount swinging gates and Hygain 
rotators like the ham-4 and the tailtwister. But these are low torque 
rotators and will stall when they run against a pressure.

I WOULD NOT do this with some of the stronger rotators like a prop-pitch or 
similar high-torque rotator.
