Hi Jim, 

The entire industry has known for years the real forward power is 
the forward power minus the reflected power. 

I  know first hand the FCC accepts that, I also know General 
Dynamics and Lockheed accept that, as a matter of fact I can't 
think of anyone who doesn't accept that well-known fact.

I find it hard to believe anyone would disagree with such a well-
known and easy-to-prove fact.
